It runs entirely in the browser — no installation required.

Individual covers the core CMIS map, mines/ports/companies layers, country profiles, commodity price history, and analytics for a single analyst. Professional adds the Company Directory (~40,000 companies), GEM infrastructure layers (Power Plants, LNG, Steel, Coal), Energy/Metals/Trade analytics, full sanctions screening across OFAC, EU, UN, and UK lists, and the Gas Pipelines screener.

Yes. Create a free Merxac account first, then subscribe from this page. Access to the CMIS is granted immediately after payment is confirmed.

All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Card details are processed and held by Stripe and are never stored on Merxac's servers.

The Professional plan includes real-time screening against four major sanctions lists: OFAC (US), EU, UN, and UK. Company records in the Directory are cross-referenced, and matched entries are flagged directly in the map inspector so analysts can identify exposure at a glance.

The platform draws on multiple authoritative sources including Global Energy Monitor (GEM) for energy infrastructure, GLEIF for legal entity identifiers, UNCTAD for shipping connectivity scores, and Merxac's own curated datasets for mines, ports, and commodity companies. All sources are acknowledged in the platform.

Yes, at any time from your Account page. Access continues until the end of the current paid billing period. There are no cancellation fees or lock-in periods. Cancellation stops future charges only — no refund is issued for any unused portion of the current period.

All subscription fees are non-refundable. Merxac does not issue refunds or partial reimbursements for any subscription payment. If you cancel, your access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Plan upgrades are prorated — you are charged only for the remaining days — and downgrades result in a credit applied to your next invoice, not a cash refund. See our Terms of Use for full details.

Yes. All data updates and new feature layers are included in your active subscription at no additional cost. Updates are rolled out continuously.
